Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, sampling and education to empower client purchases and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, brand launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling, clienteling and conversion strategies.
- Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor and test environment.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
- Team-oriented mindset with a goal-focused approach to sales and store performance.
- Able to learn quickly and retain product knowledge; comfortable delivering demonstrations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
