Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (50%) for its Fribourg location, available from November through December 2026. The role encompasses product consultation across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance categories; product knowledge delivery on trends and innovations; visual merchandising compliance; and inventory management on the sales floor and warehouse.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and personalised beauty advice to customers across all product categories including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrances
- Communicate product knowledge, industry trends, and new product launches to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation in accordance with brand specifications
- Ensure adequate stock levels on the sales floor and prepare merchandise for sale
- Execute warehouse storage and inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current beauty trends
- Fluent French language proficiency; basic English is an asset
