Sephora seeks a part‑time Beauty Advisor (temporary 20%) in Fribourg, Switzerland — on‑site role starting June 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients across cosmetics categories (make‑up, skincare, hair care and fragrances), delivering personalised product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Share product knowledge and trend insights to educate customers and drive sales conversion.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepared for sale; manage back‑of‑store storage and replenishment processes.
- Support inventory handling, stock organisation and general housekeeping of the sales area and storeroom.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, fashion or related retail environments.
- Fluent French; basic to intermediate English is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Good knowledge of current beauty trends and product categories.
- Availability to work on site and to start on 1 June 2026 for a temporary, 20% part‑time contract.

Experience
Entry‑level — a first professional experience in sales or beauty retail is required or strongly preferred; prior work in cosmetics, perfumery or fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in beauty, retail or cosmetics is a plus.
