Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant guidance
- Support sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and product placement
