Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on skincare routines, makeup applications, and beauty wellness
- Monitor and share knowledge of emerging beauty trends, techniques, and new product launches to maintain relevance and drive client engagement
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators within assigned shifts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
