Sephora in Fresno (River Park) seeks a Beauty Advisor (part-time, Flex) to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales. $20.85–$25.54/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant and up-to-date advice.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe and welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or client-facing contexts.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product learning with a desire to share expertise with clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends and holidays) with punctual attendance.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
