Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients to empower their beauty choices.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new product launches and application techniques to maintain relevancy.
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store KPIs through clienteling and effective merchandising.
  • Support inventory activities, maintain merchandising standards and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level or beginner with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.

  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
