Beauty Advisor - Flex position at Sephora, Fredericksburg, VA. Part-time role ($19.80–$22.90/hr) with flexible scheduling and non-guaranteed hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through personalized service delivery
