Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
