Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and examinations, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays in the designated area, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
