Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions, to maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Prepare and manage product displays within assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following standard operating procedures and cash handling protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
