Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of beauty trends, techniques and new product launches to provide up-to-date guidance.
  • Drive sales and key performance indicators through active client engagement, follow-up and conversion.
  • Support merchandising, inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales goals in a collaborative environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variable schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
