Part-time Beauty Advisor position at Sephora in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Role & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
• Monitor industry trends and maintain current knowledge of product offerings to provide relevant, timely advice
• Drive sales performance and exceed assigned key performance indicators
• Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and empower team members
• Uphold Sephora's service standards and company policies to ensure safe, secure shopping experiences
• Remain available for scheduling flexibility, including peak retail hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and empowering client confidence
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
