Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and contemporary advice
- Support sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain store inventory, merchandising displays, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment where clients and colleagues feel valued
- Uphold Sephora standards regarding company policies, store safety, and customer service excellence
- Manage flexible scheduling availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
