Sephora Canada seeks a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Fort McMurray, AB to deliver personalized consultations and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
  • Keep current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora Canada’s policies for a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating excellent service and relationship-building.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
