Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s unique needs and beauty goals.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and regimen.
  • Maintain sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory control and store presentation to ensure a clean, organized and brand-aligned environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and promoting an open, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Reliable availability for required weekly shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly hours for part-time roles.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and other retail tasks for extended periods.

Experience
