Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through demonstrated product expertise and knowledge of beauty techniques and innovations
- Maintain current awareness of beauty trends, new product launches, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling practices
