Sephora Florence seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (Categorie Protette, leg. 68/99) for a fixed-term in-store role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers to deliver a memorable, personalised in-store experience and expert beauty advice.
  • Provide tailored consultations and product recommendations based on client profiles and needs.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships and support clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
  • Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily store operations and execution of merchandising and promotional plans.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs; adapt to strategic changes and action plans from management.
  • Manage stockroom organisation and incoming deliveries to ensure product availability and visual standards.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment by recognising successes and encouraging open, trustful interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, beauty consultation, or promoter roles preferred; experience within multinational retail environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs and commercial objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, dynamism and a client-first attitude.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion and respect for individual differences (role reserved for protected categories under Italian law 68/99).

Experience
