Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Winnipeg, MB (Polo Park) — hourly role at CAD$16.80–19.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through live demonstrations and one-on-one education to empower client purchase decisions.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through effective clienteling and upselling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture, following Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrated customer service skills.
- A strong passion for beauty, product trends, and the ability to translate knowledge into client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative, goal-oriented team player.
- Fast learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
