Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual KPIs and supporting store revenue targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by supporting colleagues and promoting Sephora’s standards for customer experience, safety and compliance.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and consumer education.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult confidently with diverse clientele.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate product knowledge into actionable recommendations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for a Flex schedule (4–14 hours/week) and to work peak operating hours.

Entry-level position. Candidates with previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience are preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
