Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product expertise and perform in-store product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
• Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
• Support merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory activities to maintain product availability.
• Ensure a welcoming, clean and organized store environment that reflects Sephora presentation standards.
• Model inclusivity and collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of openness and teamwork.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
• Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients discover products that boost confidence.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Skills

Experience

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
