Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain awareness of beauty industry trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales outcomes by meeting individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and upkeep of a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
