Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to each client.
  • Demonstrate and maintain deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, on-trend advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support visual merchandising, inventory activities and ensure the salesfloor remains clean, organized and welcoming.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Reliable availability for variable scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
