Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Visalia, CA — part-time role focused on personalised consultations and product expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and brand assortments to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual presentation to ensure the store remains clean, organised and on-brand.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards while fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment for all clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings (preferred).
  • Passion for beauty, trends and an eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex/Part‑time roles.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with consistent attendance.

Experience
