Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Vaughan, ON — part-time hourly role delivering client consultations, product expertise and sales support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and tailored product recommendations to drive confidence and repeat business.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on product benefits and application techniques.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and brand assortments to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Support store operations including merchandising, inventory management, replenishment and maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, inclusive and customer-focused shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exemplary customer service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident with consultative selling.
- Reliable availability during peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for flex scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and stock duties as required.

Experience
Entry-level role. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; candidates with foundational client service experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
