Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences through one‑to‑one client consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and share product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to inform and empower clients.
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, new launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and upkeep of a clean, organized and inviting retail environment.
- Work flexible shifts to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum weekly scheduling requirements.
- Adhere to Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality client service in a retail, hospitality or client‑facing environment.
- Passion for beauty and an eagerness to learn about products, techniques and market trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and repeat clientele.
- Demonstrated reliability with punctual attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate capacity to develop strong client relationships and adapt quickly to product training.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary study or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related field is an asset.
