Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and supporting promotional initiatives.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and housekeeping to ensure a clean, organized and on-brand sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment that promotes openness, collaboration and exceptional client service.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for the Flex role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product education.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering personalized consultations.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge for ongoing client coaching.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Punctual and reliable with availability for peak retail hours.

Experience

Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred but not required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
