Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay informed on seasonal launches, beauty techniques and market trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store KPIs and contributing to conversion and average transaction targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain an inviting retail environment.
- Ensure a clean, organised and safe shopping space and adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and provide outstanding client service during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance to meet scheduled shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering one-on-one consultations.
- Team‑oriented and goal driven with the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts and dependable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — previous retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty or retail certifications are an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
