Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Toronto, ON — part-time hourly role at The Well, CAD$18.20–21.40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized salesfloor.
- Stay current with product launches, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies for a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar service environment; demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with the aptitude to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Sephora welcomes applicants who demonstrate customer service aptitude and a passion for beauty.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or training in cosmetology, aesthetics or a related field is an asset.
