Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, consultative advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory accuracy and ensure a clean, organized salesfloor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-focused environment that elevates the client experience and brand reputation.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred; entry-level candidates will be considered.
- Passion for beauty, product knowledge and an eagerness to learn new techniques and brands.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach and comfort working to sales targets.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for flex scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
