Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product and application expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and hair categories to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and inspire repeat visits.
- Drive sales and contribute to store KPIs through consultative selling, add-ons and meeting individual and team targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing retail environment.
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications
- Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-service environment; demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a commitment to ongoing learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong consultative sales aptitude.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; for Flex roles, availability to work 4–14 hours/week.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
