Sephora in South Windsor, CT seeks a Beauty Advisor – Flex (part-time). Hourly $19.80–$26.00/hr. Deliver personalised beauty consultations in-store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and meet store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and client follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure a clean, welcoming salesfloor.
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage, and meet minimum weekly shift commitments.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build lasting client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing contexts.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn product information quickly and share expertise with clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and manage typical retail duties.
  • Flexible availability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours.

Experience
