Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and translate product knowledge to educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance, including new product launches and trends.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store revenue goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory controls to maintain an attractive, organized and retail-ready sales floor.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety and visual presentation to ensure an inviting client experience.
- Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-facing setting.
- Passion for beauty products and trends, with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated aptitude for customer service and sales is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification or formal beauty training is a plus.
