Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and translate product knowledge to educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance, including new product launches and trends.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store revenue goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory controls to maintain an attractive, organized and retail-ready sales floor.
  • Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety and visual presentation to ensure an inviting client experience.
  • Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-facing setting.
  • Passion for beauty products and trends, with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
