Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare, and fragrance routines.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new launches, and techniques to provide timely, relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory control, and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles with demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging diverse client demographics.
  • Reliable availability for retail peak periods including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shifts.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, and merchandising tasks throughout a shift.

Experience
