Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Schaumburg, IL to deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales at Woodfield Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team‑oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure client and colleague safety.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- Reliable availability for nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry‑level role; prior retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience preferred and valued for demonstrating service excellence and relationship development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
