Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor (Flex) in Sault Ste. Marie, ON. Hourly role (CAD$18.20–21.40/hr) delivering personalised beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and beauty tools to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure a clean, orderly and inviting sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork while upholding Sephora Canada’s policies and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly hours for the role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation.
- Passion for beauty products, trends and consumer education; quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties.

Experience
Entry-level role; candidates with prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience are preferred but not required. The position is open to beginners who demonstrate strong customer-service aptitude and a passion for beauty.
