Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques.
  • Achieve sales goals and KPIs through consultative selling, clienteling and conversion efforts.
  • Support inventory tasks, visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive store culture and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift/hours expectations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable availability and punctual attendance; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
