Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding targets and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliably meet minimum shift/hours requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles preferred; strong customer-service track record.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge rapidly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing retail duties for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales outcomes is valued.
