Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories and translate product knowledge into actionable client advice.
- Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to educate clients and the team.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organized and compelling shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours and be available for nights, weekends and holiday periods as needed.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to deliver a safe and welcoming client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, strong interest in trends and a desire to empower client confidence through product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
