Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and current beauty trends to build trust and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and conversion.
- Support store merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment, and upkeep of a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to foster an inclusive environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Maintain flexible availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environment.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends, and helping clients build confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets in a collaborative setting.
- Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge across multiple beauty categories.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
Entry-level; prior client-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred and demonstrates the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
