Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and education to empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category knowledge to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales results by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming retail environment.
- Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and inclusive shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Work reliably within a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with the ability to learn quickly and share expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-on-one and in groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to an inclusive, goal-oriented environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
