Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in‑store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on product usage and benefits.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through active selling and client relationship development.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
