Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex) — La Cantera, San Antonio, TX. Part-time hourly role at $18–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to drive client confidence and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance and educate clients on application, ingredients and routines.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and converting client interactions.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments.
