Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and teach product application techniques to educate and empower clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure a well-presented, shoppable environment.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized and welcoming; adhere to Sephora Canada operational and safety standards.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team atmosphere and contribute positively to store culture.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum shift/hours requirements for the Flex schedule.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, goal-oriented team.
  • Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it to clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail duties.
  • Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; availability during peak retail hours.

Experience
