Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised one-to-one consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay informed on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain an inviting, organised sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, professional environment and contribute proactively to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
