Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to individual clients.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application, ingredients and routines.
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and store KPIs.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and visual presentation to ensure a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented culture and adhere to Sephora policies and standards.
- Maintain flexible availability and reliable attendance, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks for a full shift.
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours and work peak retail periods.

Experience
Entry-level; prior retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certification is a plus.
