Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on product use, techniques and current beauty trends to inspire purchase and future loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship development.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain an organized, attractive sales floor.
- Work collaboratively to promote an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies for a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on consultative selling.
- Ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly; adaptable to changing trends.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16 to CAD 18.80 per hour.
