Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients through demonstrations and tutorials.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual standards, shelving and merchandising; support inventory management and replenishment.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized and welcoming while following all health and safety policies.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to promote a culture of openness and belonging.
  • Work a flexible schedule that meets required minimum shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage; be punctual and reliable.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer-service capability.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through products and routines.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Fast learner with aptitude for absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays) and meet minimum scheduled hours.

Experience
