Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative beauty experiences through one‑to‑one client consultations and tailored product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, inventory accuracy and store presentation to create an inviting retail environment.
- Remain informed about emerging beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to keep client advice current.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum shift/hour commitments for the Flex role.
Qualifications
- Customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑service environment with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, current trends and consumer education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented demeanour.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate product knowledge into clear client recommendations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform standard retail duties.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality; flexibility to work peak retail hours.

Experience
Entry‑level. Prior retail or client‑service experience preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or beauty certifications (cosmetology, makeup artistry) are a plus.
