Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship management.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming salesfloor.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to ensure relevant client advice.
  • Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
  • Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum shift/hour expectations for Flex scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a similar client-focused environment preferred.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for consultative selling.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality; availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
